The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment, delivering items to guestrooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist with luggage in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as needed.
6. Know and assist in emergency procedures.
7. Maintain hotel equipment and storage areas.
8. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
9. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
3. Ability to stand during entire shift.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
