General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Part-Time House Attendant for our Homewood Suites hotel in Lafayette. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain high standards of cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, public restrooms, elevator areas, and other public spaces within the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove trash from vending areas
• Clean floors, walls, and machines in vending areas
• Clean service elevator areas and remove trash
• Provide clean linens for room attendants
• Transport soiled linens to laundry and separate them
• Assist room attendants with organizing and cleaning carts
• Pick up debris in hallways
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center, wipe down equipment, and restock towels daily
• Walk assigned areas to remove large items and trash from hallways
• Clean spills and marks off hallway walls as needed
• Report carpet stains or work orders to housekeeping
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with guests at all times
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
