Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining room, maintains tables and chairs, cleans spills, and follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures clean dishes, restocks, cleans floors, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepares foods, maintains quality standards, sanitizes stations, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
5. Line cook duties: Maintains prep areas, manages safety standards, prepares orders accurately, and ensures food quality. Other duties as requested by management.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
