Job Title: Hourly Crew Member at Penn Station East Coast Subs

Join Penn Station East Coast Subs, Louisville's largest franchise since 1997, with a team of over 250 employees dedicated to community service and quality food. We are seeking talented individuals for our Hourly Crew position, a role that forms the backbone of our restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide genuine guest service
2. Prepare food, including prepping, cooking, and serving
3. Ring guests' orders into the Point of Sale system and cash out
4. Ensure quality control to serve only the best products
5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
6. Learn and master all stations within the restaurant, including:

• Order Entry/Order Close
• Fresh Cut Fry Station
• Wrap & Run Station
• Bread Station
• Weigh Station
• Grill Station

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
