Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager in Training

• Greet customers and ensure excellent service
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, promote, transfer, and discipline staff
• Monitor daily financial transactions and address shortages
• Manage stock levels, order products, and oversee foodservice programs
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with policies and laws
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in meetings and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Open availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or food service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer operations
• Leadership by example and integrity
• Team player with multitasking ability
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 65 pounds as needed
• Work in various conditions, including heat, cold, and exposure to chemicals
