  3. Assess employee training needs and develop tailored programs.
  4. Influence and coach leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating effective consulting skills.
  5. Engage multiple stakeholders to align efforts and achieve goals.
  6. Deliver results independently in a dynamic environment.
  7. Stay current on tools, processes, and procedures to maintain expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement using data and metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in learning and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to identify training needs and implement improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with staff, trainees, subject matter experts, and leaders.
  • At least 3 years of physical retail experience.
  • Willingness to travel 75-100% based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in process development, project management, and scheduling.
  • Master’s degree in training, human resources, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Experience in developing new applications, ideas, or systems, including creative contributions.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking.
