$18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and collaborates with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and ensure asset protection. The role involves working with diverse merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (where applicable).

This position offers hourly wages plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a friendly, professional, customer-focused environment.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Recruit and source top talent.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, cash, and assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operational standards are met or exceeded.
• Monitor loan processes for integrity and value.
• Lead by example and act as manager on duty when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer proficiency, cash handling experience, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
