Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students with organization and daily tasks in self-contained classrooms.
• Support safe, nurturing environments and help with social skill development.
• Redirect behavior for small groups and monitor student activities.
• Organize instructional materials and cumulative files.
• Assist with assessments and prepare materials as required.
• Use sign language or transliteration to facilitate communication if needed.
• Perform additional duties such as cafeteria, bus, hall, and office tasks.
