Job summary

Burger King is hiring Hourly Shift Coordinators to lead a team and gain hands-on experience in every part of the restaurant. This role provides real leadership opportunities on a daily shift, with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

As a Shift Coordinator, you will motivate Team Members, drive speed of service, uphold cash control and safety, and pursue a path toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong sense of guest service and team leadership.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
