Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to guide the team, ensure fast and friendly service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment across each shift.

You will coach Team Members, manage floor operations, oversee cash controls and inventory, and support deliveries while upholding Tim Hortons standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills and a supportive approach.
• Confidence motivating others and solving problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the shift by guiding Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Lead the team on the floor with coaching and support.
• Keep operations running by following cash controls, inventory checks, and deliveries.
• Uphold Tim Hortons standards by leading by example and stepping in when needed.
