Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shifts on the floor, ensuring quick, friendly, and accurate service and a welcoming kitchen environment.

You’ll coach Team Members, monitor cash controls and inventory, and uphold Popeyes standards with energy and pride. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop team on floor.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace on your shift by leading the team with confidence, know-how, and pride.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members and giving feedback on the floor.
• Support operations and profitability by handling cash controls, inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and maintaining Popeyes standards.
