Popeyes in Gretna, LA is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure fast, friendly service and clean, welcoming kitchens.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred).

• Confident coaching others and making decisions that keep the restaurant moving.
• A working understanding of P&L basics and how daily actions impact results.
• A desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and raising performance.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Lead strong operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures.
