Popeyes is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on the floor, keeping energy high and the guest experience on point. You’ll work closely with managers to coach Team Members and ensure smooth, accurate service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You’ll develop people, manage cash controls and inventory, and uphold Popeyes standards with pride. This role offers weekly pay, meal discounts, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities in a lively Louisiana kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset required.
