Responsibilities

• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Senior/General Manager is not present to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring staff who meet company standards and align with culture.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members to build a strong team.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during all hours.
• Monitor labor usage and costs while maintaining efficient operations.
• Foster a cooperative and positive workplace culture with clear communication.
• Participate in meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training updates.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet food cost variance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations.
