Library Aide: Library Coach (Peer Mentor), UW Libraries
The Research & Outreach Services Department (ROS) at UW Libraries is looking for enthusiastic, motivated students to join our Library Coach Team at Coe Library!
As a Library Coach, you will be trained to support fellow students through one-on-one research help, assist librarians with classroom instruction, and contribute to the creation of helpful learning resources-----like tutorials, videos, and social media content.This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your communication, tech, and leadership skills while making a real difference in the academic success of your peers.
Starting rate $12.00/hour. Pay increases to $12.35/hour after successful completion of first semester of employment.
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
