Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Caregivers to join our team in the Bristol, CT area. We have been serving the Greater Bristol community since 2010, matching dedicated caregivers with families in need.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, has reliable transportation, and at least three years of caregiving experience. Interviews occur at our office in Bristol, CT to ensure a good fit and support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must have Cell Phone / Tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable.
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary.
• Converses with patients to provide assurance.
• Observes Universal Precautions.
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes.
• Light housekeeping.
• Provides medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and clean up.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a genuine passion for helping others, has reliable means of transportation and has at least three years of prior Caregiving experience.
