Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support clients in the Greater Bristol area. The role includes providing daily living assistance, coordinating care plans, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Applicants must be able to work in the United States and have reliable transportation. Interpersonal skills are essential as you will interact with clients, families, and medical professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Live-In Caregiver.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable.
• Answers phone calls for clients when necessary.
• Converses with patients to provide assurance.
• Observes Universal Precautions.
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes.
• Light housekeeping.
• Provides medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and cleanup.

Summary

Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers. We are looking to hire Caregivers with 3+ years of experience working as a Live-In Caregiver, have excellent communication skills and seek to take iniative with their clients. We are currently hiring for Relief Cases and Permanent Live-In Cases. Our clients are located in the Greater Bristol Area, Greater Waterbury Area, Litchfield County and select towns in the Greater Hartford area. Applicants will be required to fill out our application prior to an interview being set up. All interviews will be conducted in our office in Bristol, CT.
