Performs entry-level supervisory tasks such as opening or closing the store, overseeing daily store operations, maintaining the store’s presentation, ensuring the store’s profitability, maintaining and building customer loyalty and adhering to the company’s high standards of product quality. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor timing of calls, production and delivery, with a drive to meet (and beat) customer promise times
• Make daily decisions regarding time management
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge


• Maintain food safety by adhering to Board of Health regulations
• Follow proper cash handling procedures


• Understand the mission statement, "We Take Your Pizza Personally", its purpose and how it relates to building customer loyalty on a daily basis, and instilling this purpose in all team members
• Maintain fixed costs including, but not limited to labor and food costs


• Understand the need to be detailed in personal appearance and hygiene

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
