Jack's Pizza in Castleton is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport orders, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold brand standards. You will be responsible for keeping a clean vehicle and presenting a professional image while wearing the required uniform.

In addition to direct-pay features, drivers can earn tips and receive cash daily. Team members may also be cross-trained in answering phones, food preparation, and other duties to support store operations.

Delivery Drivers are responsible for food transportation, fulfilling customers' needs and ensuring on-time delivery. All drivers will be cross trained in store operations including answering phones, preparing food, cleaning and other tasks.

PAY

• Hourly Pay - Direct Deposit Weekly
• No split wages.
• Cash Paid Daily
• Delivery Reimbursement (updates weekly with local gas prices)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically
• Be time sensitive to the promise times to customers and be vigilant about meeting or beating them
• Maintain presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform in order to make a positive impression
• Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
• Create a positive rapport with customers both on the phones, in the store and in their homes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Understand the mission statement, "We Take Your Pizza Personally", its purpose and how it relates to building customer loyalty on a daily basis, and instilling this purpose in all team members
• Greet customers, take their order and prepare the meal
• Provide excellent service, ensuring that you treat customers with respect, dignity and courtesy
• Work as part of a team to attain the highest standards possible
• Ensure order accuracy and completion of order
• Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times
• Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
• Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver's license/automobile insurance
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Good listening and oral communication skills
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
