Each Team Member serves as both a Guardian of Positive Impressions and a Quality Guarantor. Team Members are cross-trained in every position while being encouraged to excel in their individual strengths. The Quality Guarantor ensures product quality, presentation, and order accuracy. The Guardian of Positive Impressions focuses on making customers feel welcome and comfortable in the store and over the phone, creating a positive experience that encourages them to return.
