Job summary

Stanford's Restaurant and Bar in Seattle, WA is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager for a part-time, hourly role in the Northgate neighborhood. You will lead FOH staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities

• Helps manage FOH staff including directing work, addressing concerns, and holding staff accountable.
• Assists management with training new employee
• Monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Oversees opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues.
• Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff.
• Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently.
• Performs any and all other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour DOE
