Job summary

New Life Ranch is seeking a Camp Grounds Barista to craft drinks, chat with campers and guests, and keep the Camp Grounds area welcoming and well-run. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, fun, and serving with a reflection of the ranch experience.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and working weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled. Training will be provided for barista tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working with people.
• Barista experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends.

About the role:

As a Camp Grounds Barista, you’ll make drinks, chat with campers and guests, keep things running smoothly, and help make Camp Grounds a fun and welcoming part of their time at New Life Ranch. Some days will be busy, some will be slower, and you’ll probably get to know a lot of people along the way.
