New Life Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Camp Grounds Barista to craft drinks and chat with campers and guests, helping to maintain a welcoming Camp Grounds space. You will serve beverages, keep the area clean, and support a smooth operation as part of a friendly team.

Hours include weekdays and weekends; prior barista experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided to learn our procedures and the New Life Ranch experience. You’ll enjoy a supportive, faith-centered work culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and Camp Grounds items.

• Keep Camp Grounds clean, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Work weekday and weekend shifts based on the Camp Grounds schedule.
• Help create a welcoming, fun environment that reflects the New Life Ranch experience.
• Work as part of a team to serve guests and support the mission.
