This role assists with training, product quality control, workflow coordination, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

What You’ll Bring

• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
• Answer questions about the menu, coffee origins, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.
• Resolve minor guest concerns and communicate larger issues to management.
• Prepare beverages consistently and to recipe standards.
• Maintain a high level of coffee knowledge, including grind settings, extraction, milk texturing, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure drinks meet presentation and quality standards before serving.
• Maintain inventory levels for coffee, syrups, milk, and bar supplies.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related café and customer experience required.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a food and drink preparation environment including heat and steam, and café machinery.

Location and Travel:

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
