Job summary

New Life Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Camp Grounds Barista to craft drinks and chat with campers and guests, helping to maintain a welcoming Camp Grounds space. You will serve beverages, keep the area clean, and support a smooth operation as part of a friendly team.

Hours include weekdays and weekends; prior barista experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided to learn our procedures and the New Life Ranch experience. You’ll enjoy a supportive, faith-centered work culture.

About the role:

As a Camp Grounds Barista, you’ll make drinks, chat with campers and guests, keep things running smoothly, and help make Camp Grounds a fun and welcoming part of their time at New Life Ranch. Some days will be busy, some will be slower, and you’ll probably get to know a lot of people along the way.
