Professional Care Match in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to provide in-home care and companionship to patients. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to assist with daily living activities while maintaining safety and dignity.

The position offers competitive weekly pay starting at $1,203–$1,300 for a 7‑day period, with potential annual earnings of $60,000–$64,000 for long‑term assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned

*** Competitive In-Home Live-in Caregiver Pay starts at $1,203-$1,300 for 7 consecutive days of work (Caregivers Must work 9 hour care plans daily, Sunday through Saturday and earn 40 hours at the regular pay rate: $16.15 and 23 hours at the overtime pay rate at: $24.23=Total of 63 hours = $1,203 weekly gross pay)

Annual income potential of $60,000 to $64,000 for long term commitment to assignments may be possible.
