Professional Care Match is seeking an in-home caregiver to support patients with daily living activities and companionship in the Hadley, MA area. The role involves following care plans, monitoring health, and maintaining safety in the home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
• Provide companionship and engage patients in activities and conversation.
• Monitor health and report changes to healthcare professionals promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and established protocols as directed by professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Competitive In-Home Live-in Caregiver Pay starts at $1,203-$1,300 for 7 consecutive days of work (Caregivers Must work 9 hour care plans daily, Sunday through Saturday and earn 40 hours at the regular pay rate: $16.15 and 23 hours at the overtime pay rate at: $24.23=Total of 63 hours = $1,203 weekly gross pay)

Annual income potential of $60,000 to $64,000 for long term commitment to assignments may be possible.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
