Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation seeks a dependable Van Driver to operate the hotel shuttle, assist guests with luggage, and provide information about local attractions. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, comply with safety rules, and support other hotel duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and former guest service experience. Shifts include mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays; bilingual language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel van safely to pick up and drop off guests.
• Assist guests with luggage during loading and unloading.
• Comply with traffic laws and airport/shuttle rules.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
• Record vehicle mileage and report any deficiencies.
• Support housekeeping or laundry duties when needed.
• Promote teamwork across shifts and departments.
• Fulfill guest special requests and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Adhere to health, safety, and legal requirements.
