Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Van Driver to operate the hotel shuttle to guest destinations in a safe, courteous manner at an airport hotel. You will assist guests with luggage, maintain vehicle safety, and support front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver\'s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel experience or retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel van safely to and from guest destinations.
• Assist guests with luggage during boarding and off-loading.
• Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles and mileage logs.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services to guests.
• Support Front Desk operations and guest inquiries as needed.
• Assist in housekeeping or laundry duties and restock supplies as required.
• Promote teamwork and ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
