Propark Mobility is seeking a Supervisor - Hotel Valet in Montclair, NJ to lead and train valet staff and drivers for full-time and part-time roles. This position requires overseeing schedules, client relations, and daily operations to ensure top service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license for at least 2 years.
• Able to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to meet job expectations.
• Review and approve work schedules ensuring coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Oversee payroll and employee work hour reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Complete required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
