Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or within commuting distance, as applicable.
• One month of related experience or training required.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions and information about the facility and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and process payments accurately.
• Maintain ticket information, keys, and vehicle records.
