Job summary

Phoenix Staff, Inc. seeks a Hospitality Systems Product Manager to serve as a business and systems expert across a complex hospitality reservation and revenue ecosystem.

The role focuses on operations and business aspects of hospitality technology, not in deep software development. The ideal candidate has extensive PMS/LMS and reservation systems experience, understanding how room inventory, rates, distribution channels, OTAs, travel agents, and revenue management connect and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hotel PMS/LMS and reservation tech.
• Strong understanding of reservations, inventory, rates, distribution.
• Experience supporting Revenue Management, Reservations, Channel Management, or Call Center ops.
• Ability to analyze system configurations and improve workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with IT, vendors, and business teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically to The Bahamas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for PMS, reservations, revenue management, and distribution systems.
• Understand current configurations and their impact on operations.
• Evaluate data flows between PMS, reservation platforms, OTAs, and channels.
• Guide teams on configuring and using hospitality applications.
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive workflows.
• Propose efficient configurations across multiple channels.
• Assess workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Act as a knowledge resource for reservation lifecycle apps.
• Partner with IT and vendors to represent business needs.
