Job summary
BWH Hotels in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Solution Architect to shape architecture for its hotel technology and enterprise systems. You will partner with business, technology, engineering, and vendor teams to design secure, scalable solutions across reservations, PMS, loyalty, and more.
This global, hybrid role requires strategic leadership, hands-on design, and executive communication to translate business needs into practical architectures and modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years in technology roles incl. enterprise-scale design.
- Experience across applications, cloud, APIs, data, and security.
- Strong communication with senior leadership.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery.
- Hospitality domain experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for hotel tech and enterprise systems.
- Define current and target state architectures and roadmaps.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across cloud and on‑premise.
- Provide architecture oversight through delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and enable knowledge transfer.
