Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to lead Front Desk, VIP Services, Rooms Control, Bell/Baggage and Valet. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, schedule shifts, and uphold guest service standards to ensure a seamless experience.

Collaborating with department leaders, you’ll plan promotions and events, optimize room usage and rates, monitor compliance, and support payroll and attendance.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in Front Desk or VIP Services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for training and feedback.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations and deliver high-level service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching staff.
  • Monitor daily operations to align with standards and guest satisfaction goals.
