DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to deliver exceptional guest service and be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will operate the hotel shuttle, assist with luggage, keep the vehicle clean, and support front-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift luggage and assist guests as needed.
• Hospitality or transportation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service at all times
• Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and report maintenance needs promptly
• Support other front-of-house operations as needed, including refreshen the lobby
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
