Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover the hotel’s Wanderlust experiences and provide exceptional service.
• Welcome guests to the shuttle, assist with bags, and know local area routes.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the manager.
• Assist guests in arranging other transportation when needed.
