Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton San Antonio Airport is seeking a Shuttle Driver / House Attendant to transport guests between the airport, hotel, and local destinations while ensuring a superior guest experience.

You will maintain a clean shuttle, assist guests with luggage, provide local information, and support housekeeping as needed. Prior hotel shuttle experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior driving experience for a hotel or similar setting is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to and from the airport and designated locations.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle van.
• Provide information and concierge services, including directions and local recommendations.
• Adhere to scheduled van runs and accommodate guest needs with efficiency and courtesy.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of motor entrance, lobby and public spaces; assist Housekeeping as needed.
• Deliver messages and packages to meeting rooms or guest rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
