Texas Western Hospitality Group is seeking a Driver-Van responsible for transporting guests to and from the airport, hotels, and other locations while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires knowledge of local routes, a clean driving record, and professional presentation. Duties include assisting guests, logging baggage, and promoting hotel services, with attention to guest satisfaction and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Drives and parks safely and according to hotel driving policies.
• Keeps all necessary licenses and driving record documents in the car at all times.
• Reports accidents and/or vehicle damage immediately to the supervisor.
• Explains and promotes hotel services, facilities, and outlets; stays informed about events and costs.
• Keeps the vans interior clean, organized, and fresh-smelling for passenger comfort.
• Ensures hotel entrance and drive-up areas are presentable and trash-free.
• Provides guests with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
• Oversees arrival of guest packages; logs and delivers to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensures baggage is secured and tagged for guest requests to store baggage.
• May transport luggage or items to/from the airport or hotel when passengers are not present.
• Responds quickly to guest requests or complaints with appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintains a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
