Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state of operation.

• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and staff effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely and courteously by hotel shuttle.
• Greet arriving guests and help with luggage.
• Assist guests into and out of the hotel van.
• Keep driveways clear and ensure parking rules.
• Monitor shuttle area for hazards and report to Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Provide directions and information about local area.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
