Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver\'s license for the state of operation.
• Excellent driving record with no major violations.
• Age 21 or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Prior guest relations or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel shuttle/van to transport guests safely and courteously.
• Greet and assist guests and visitors; help with loading/unloading luggage.
• Keep driveways clear and ensure vehicles are parked legally.
• Monitor parking areas and report hazards or security concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and hotel vehicle(s).
• Explain hotel facilities and local attractions to guests and provide directions.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and return visits.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight varied shifts.
• Greet arriving guests/visitors; bid farewell to departing guests/visitors.
• Assist guests and visitors into and out of the hotel van, including loading/unloading luggage.
• Ensure that all driveways are kept clear; that vehicles are not parked or left standing in illegal spaces.
• Monitor all parking areas/levels; report any vehicle/safety hazards; unauthorized personnel or potential security problems to Manager.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas; rectify any deficiencies.
• Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guests while escorting them to the hotel.
• Relay accurate directions to guests on inquiries of transportation within the local area.
• Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain appearance of hotel van.
• Ensure confidentiality of hotel guests and security of guests' possessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
