Job summary

Ace Parking Management is hiring Shuttle Drivers in Charlotte, NC. You will pickup and drop off passengers at assigned locations, operate shuttle vehicles safely, and maintain accurate records daily.

We value excellent customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle busy, fast-paced environments. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience driving is preferred.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and work flexibly (evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Arrive on time at each location and follow routes.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles and comply with traffic laws and policies.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and daily activities.
• Ensure passenger safety and assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist passengers with boarding, unloading, and mobility challenges.
• Communicate with dispatchers and team to ensure smooth operations.
