Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License with no infractions
• Ability to solve problems as they arise
• Team oriented and customer-focused
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome as they arrive and throughout their stay
• Assist guests by providing transportation in the local area as requested
• Know the hotel and local area to offer recommendations and information
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and report issues to management
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
• Help with loading/unloading luggage and door assistance as needed
• Ensure smooth operation of the shuttle and assist with other transportation arrangements
