Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Loveland is seeking a friendly and proactive Server to join our dining team. You will take food and beverage orders, serve items to guests, and handle payments while delivering prompt, accurate service in a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes greeting guests by name where possible, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting hotel operations with a can-do attitude. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Work experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Deliver items quickly from kitchen to tables.
• Input orders correctly into POS and process payments.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks as needed.
• Set and clear tables, maintaining dining area cleanliness.
• Respond to guest requests and observe diners for needs.
• Complete daily inventory prep and other side work as required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and hotel hours/amenities.
• Seat guests at tables as needed.
• Ensure food safety practices and clean dining areas.
• Uphold general hotel knowledge and guest service standards.
