Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn Hampton is seeking a Server to provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests. You will take food and beverage orders, serve items to tables, and complete payments for guest orders while maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong guest relations, and knowledge of the menu. A flexible schedule with days, nights, holidays, and weekends is required to meet hotel demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Must provide friendly service with a smile to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Deliver orders promptly from kitchen to tables.
• Input orders and handle payments accurately (POS).
• Prepare coffee and other beverages as needed.
• Clear and reset tables for dining when required.
• Provide attentive guest service and respond to requests.
• Complete daily side work and inventory prep as assigned.
