Job summary

Marriott International in Buffalo, NY seeks an attentive server for in-person dining. Roles include taking orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and delivering food to tables with courteous, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Public-facing role experience is preferred.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.

• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guest tables.
• Collect payments from guests.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to daily operational procedures of the Food and Beverage Department.
