Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Minimum age 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guest tables, and collect payments.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Communicate with General Manager, supervisors and staff; ensure smooth operations.
