Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo - Downtown in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join the team. You will help prepare and serve the complimentary breakfast buffet, greet guests, and assist with inquiries in a hotel setting.

The role follows morning shifts (approx. 5 AM – 12 PM). Basic food/beverage knowledge and a High School diploma are preferred. The hotel offers perks and a collaborative team environment with parking and on-site Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter the breakfast area or lobby and assisting with questions.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, prepare foods, stock beverages, and arrange serving items.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours; clear tables and wipe spills.
• Take inventory of food and supplies and organize or order as needed.
