Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Breakfast & Lunch Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team. You will deliver warm, guest-focused service and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

We offer advanced scheduling with easy shift swapping via our app and opportunities for growth across multiple hotel properties. Prior server or F&B experience is welcome, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in server or food & beverage is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with friendly conversation.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Know menu items and ingredients to answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from first course to final check.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance as a hotel brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
