Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Server for our hotel restaurant and Food & Beverage team. You will deliver first-class service, build guest connections, and maintain knowledge of menu items in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. We welcome candidates with or without prior server experience and provide training to the right person.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred—training available for right candidate.
• Outgoing, social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mindset.
• Ability to handle high-volume service and perform under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and reconcile end-of-shift paperwork.
