Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with a team-player mindset.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
